New customer checklist (10 minutes)

1. Log in to the Client Area

2. Open your service details (IPs, credentials, location)

3. Log in to your service panel (VPS / ISPConfig / Storage / txPanel)

4. Change default passwords + enable 2FA where available

5. Run first updates (OS packages / apps)

6. Verify access (SSH/RDP/HTTP/HTTPS)

7. Add backups (at least one)
