Where to find service details

Where to find your service details

Your service details are shown in the Client Area and in your welcome email after purchase.

You can typically find:

  • Service ID / order ID

  • Assigned IP address(es)

  • Login links for panels (ISPConfig / VPS panel / Storage / txPanel)

  • Initial credentials or instructions to set them

Tip

If you can’t locate credentials, open a ticket and include your Client Area email and the service ID.
