IllusionCloud offers multiple KVM VPS plans to suit different workloads. Each plan provides a dedicated allocation of CPU cores, memory and NVMe storage. As you move up the tiers, you receive more vCPUs and memory, which is ideal for production workloads, game servers or resource‑intensive applications. All plans include 1 Gbps connectivity and premium anti‑DDoS protection.

### Data centre locations & infrastructure

KVM servers run in multiple European data centres. Each facility features redundant power, cooling, and network connectivity to ensure reliability. When ordering a new VPS you can choose your preferred location from the available options. Localizing your server close to your player base or users helps reduce latency.

### SLA & uptime

IllusionCloud provides a 99.9 % uptime service‑level agreement for KVM VPS services. This means the infrastructure is designed to be highly available. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance through the status page.

### What “fair share 1 Gbps” means

Each VPS is connected to a 1 Gbps network port that is shared among multiple virtual machines. You can burst up to the full 1 Gbps speed when bandwidth is available, but sustained throughput may be limited to ensure fair usage across all tenants. If you need guaranteed bandwidth, consider upgrading to a dedicated server or contact sales for a custom plan.
