Delivery times & SLA by line

## Delivery times & SLA by line

IllusionCloud offers several dedicated server lines. Provisioning and service‑level guarantees vary by line. Here's what to expect:

### Budget line

- **Typical delivery:** Budget servers are built from off‑the‑shelf components and are usually provisioned from stock within 12–24 hours after payment verification.
- **Uptime SLA:** 99.9% network and power uptime. Hardware replacement is typically completed within 24 hours for failed components.
- **Support scope:** Hardware and network support only; software troubleshooting is the customer's responsibility.

### Gaming line

- **Typical delivery:** Game‑oriented servers may require specific CPU models and NVMe storage. Delivery is generally 24‑48 hours depending on stock availability.
- **Uptime SLA:** 99.9% network and power uptime. Premium Anti‑DDoS protection is included to mitigate malicious traffic. Hardware replacements are usually completed within 12 hours.
- **Support scope:** Assistance with hardware, network and Anti‑DDoS tuning. Game server configuration remains the customer's responsibility.

### Enterprise line

- **Typical delivery:** Enterprise servers use high‑end platforms (dual Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC, ECC memory, hot‑swap drives) and may require custom builds. Provisioning typically takes 2–5 business days depending on configuration.
- **Uptime SLA:** 99.99% network and power uptime. Hardware replacements within 4 hours and 24/7 monitoring. Premium Anti‑DDoS filtering and optional managed services are available.
- **Support scope:** Includes remote hands, advanced troubleshooting and monitoring assistance.

### What impacts delivery time

- **Stock availability:** Popular configurations ship faster; custom builds may require ordering components.
- **Payment verification:** Orders are provisioned after payment clears and any anti‑fraud checks are complete.
- **Data‑centre queue:** High demand can extend provisioning times; holidays and weekends may add delays.

### Summary

Before ordering, choose the line that balances budget, performance and SLA needs. If you need a server quickly, select a standard configuration from the Budget or Gaming line. For mission‑critical applications requiring the highest uptime and fastest hardware replacement, choose the Enterprise line and allow for a longer lead time.
