Passwords

• Use a unique password per system

• Prefer a password manager

• Rotate passwords after staff changes or suspected exposure

2FA

Enable 2FA anywhere available:

• Client Area

• Panels (Plesk / Storage / txPanel)

• Administrator accounts

Least privilege

Only give access needed for the role:

• Separate admin vs read-only users

• Avoid sharing root/admin credentials
