Support tickets (how to get help fast)

To get the fastest resolution, include:

  • Service ID (from Client Area)

  • Affected IP / domain

  • Exact error message + timestamp

  • What changed right before the issue

  • For network issues: MTR/traceroute results

Attachments that help

  • Screenshots of control panel errors

  • Logs (web server, app logs, system logs)

  • Output of basic checks (ping, curl, etc.)
